2. The prof. Suresh patel is one of the good
and talanted lecturer of the GEC
bhavnagar. His birth date is 3rd
october,1983. with teaching, he is also done
so much work for college specially student.
He always works for student’s good
progress. And his teaching skill is also very
good. He never disappointed any student
who goes to him for help.

* I think that the following qualities should have :

faced your juniors are not working according
to your Expectations. How do you make them
work..?
*First I will try to know the reason
that why they don’t work as per my
expectation. Then if they have any
problem then solve it.

9. Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might
have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not
supporting according to your Expectations.
How do you make them convince..?
*I will convince them by their reason to
why they are not supporting me and
then also solve their problem .

10. Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution
to organization and how do you relate it to
society?
*I do my duty very well and in
best manner it is my
contribution in organization.

11. Can you give me any example of your personal
experience in which you demonstrate “you can
do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of
Failure”?
* Yes, before some days I have to done the
entry of first semester student in server and
send to GTU but the system have low capacity
and this task is impossible but till I try my best
still at mid night 12:30 and I could do it.

12. What is your short term vision? And what is
your Long term Vision?
*My sort term and long term
vision is to make my student to
able solve any kind of problems
in industry, society using IT
knowledge.

13. What is your message or an advice for the
future engineers...or any suggestion for youth?
* I want to give message to all student
that, “do not learn for getting the
degree but, for getting expertise to
solve real world problem using
engineering skill.”

14. Sir… Will you please share any life
experience of yours, which you feel makes
you a successful person.
*No I have not any experience
of it and even I don’t believe
that I am successful person.
