The National Support Team is the link between different levels, the
national and the local level, which takes part of setting the national
direction and strategies with the MC team and reflected into a real
ground operations to fit the local realities in order to empower the
development of AIESEC Slovenia and its entities.

NST PROFILE
4. General Responsabilites

Ensuring implementation of national strategies on local level
-Co-creation of functional strategy together with MCVP responsible
-Representation of AIESEC Slovenia in the network and external
environment
-Research and development of your area
-Directs the work of assigned staff.
Time Availability During the Term
Approximately 15 hours per week depending on current projects.
Weekends are free other than those scheduled for conferences, functional
meetings and team days
5. Business Development
•
The person will be working on Sales establishing partnerships on National level. NST
will be working on increasing sales capacity in the National Plenary, analyzing
partnerships (creating proposals) on local level and creating long-term plan for
product development of AIESEC Slovenia. He/she will be working closely with
Slovenia Youth to Business & Business Challenge team for establishing partnerships.
Required: eager to learn about sales, Slovenian resident, collaborative and
innovative mindset.

TM: Recruitment and LEAD

NST recruitment and LEAD is in charge of regular communication and tracking of AIESEC
Slovenia entities; more specifically recruitment teams during the recruitment period.
In charge for research and development of strategy for LEAD program implementation in the
country.
Required: excellent knowledge of all recruitment processes and organizational development.
6. Information Manager

Is in charge of online management, learning platforms knowledge management,
brand management and promo materials design.
IM manager will have the responsability of creating strategy and managind different
socual media accounts of AIESEC Slovenia, creating strategies and delivering
education to community managers in all entities.
Required: knowledge and experience in IM area, eager to learn.
Public Relations & Marketing

Support in PR and marketing in whole AIESEC Slovenia. Main responsability is to
lead the strategies for PR and Marketing in AIESEC Slovenia based on our Exchange
program strategies. Also ensuring the development in both national and local level.
Required: responsible, detail oriented, good communication and presentation skills
and proactive.
7. Accounting & BD
•

•
Supports on general education to local entities about accounting. Towards the
National Team supports on accounting, budgeting and grant application.
This member also supports partially on Business Development team as finance
consultant and sales member.
Required: physical presence in Ljubljana, detail oriented, experience in bookkeeping, financial reports, proactive and flexible in team and time management.
8. Selection Process
1. Fill out the application form for desired NST position

3. All candidates will have selection in the period between December 7-8th consisting in
an individual interview.
