اَقَأ ِض ْرَ ْاْل يِف ْمُهاَّنَّكَّم نِإ َينِذَّالَةاَكَّالز ا ُوَتآ َو َة ََلَّصال واُم
َكنُمْال ِنَع ا ْوَهَن َو ِوفُرْعَمْالِب واُرَمَأ َوُمُ ْاْل ُةَبِقاَع ِ َّ ِّلِل َو ۗ ِرِور
[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give
zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of
[all] matters.

The managerial grid model (1964) is a style leadership model developed by Robert R. Blake and Jane Mouton.
This model originally identified five different leadership styles based on the concern for people and the concern for production.
Success depends upon a number of variables, including the leadership style, qualities of the followers and aspects of the situation.
