Executive
James Polson CEO Over 15 years of experience in the industry. Founded AIDD along with Robert Edwards in 2004
and has served as Executive Director of the company since its establishment.
Munkhsaikhan Dambiinyam CFO Worked in drilling industry since 2008. Prior to joining AIDD, he was an advisor at the
Economic Policy Reform and Competitiveness project of Mongolia, where he concentrated his
efforts on national tax reform and energy sector accounting reform. Studied and worked in
the United States and earned MS Finance and BS Accounting degrees. He is a CPA.
Robert Edwards Operations Director Over 20 years of experience in the industry and co-founder of AIDD. Robert is one of the most
experienced deep hole drillers in the region.
Non-Executive
Peter Morrow Non-Executive Chairman A senior banker and financial advisor with 40 years’ experience in the U.S. and developing
countries, has recently retired from the position as CEO of Khan Bank of Mongolia where he
spent the past 10 years.
Steffen Pohl Non-Executive EBRD's nominee non-executive board director. Prior to joining EBRD in 2009, Mr. Pohl has
had seventeen years of investment banking experience at Deutsche Bank in credit, workout,
origination and strategic equities across a range of geographies, in both developing and
emerging markets. At the EBRD he is a Senior Banker in EBRD's Corporate Recovery team
focusing on turn-around situations in EBRD's countries of operation.
Josh Parrill Non-Executive Associate at Resource Capital Fund since 2008. Prior to joining RCF, Mr. Parrill held positions
within both engineering and operations at Lafarge North America and was an engineer on a
tunnel boring project in southern California. He hold MS Mineral Economics and BS
Engineering degrees from Colorado School of Mines.
Steve Swallow Non-Executive Over 20 years experience in all aspects of mineral exploration drilling, including operations,
maintenance, procurement and business development Australia wide. Managing Director of a
successful highly regarded drilling company based in Western Australia for over 12 years until
the eventual sale to a private equity group specialising in mining services
