2. Some companies retrain their workers because of technological advancements and
new business developments that require employees to have new or improved skills.
Sometimes companies will retrain their employees because their employees lack
certain work requirements or might have forgotten how to use them under current
work conditions. Retaining is beneficial when a company increases long-term
productivity, reduces mistakes, and eliminates safety concerns.
3. Keep up with industry changes
Be in touch with all of the latest technology and developments
Stay ahead of competitors
Be able to see weaknesses and skill gaps
Maintain knowledge and skills
Advance employee skills
Provide an incentive to learn
Increase job satisfaction levels
Provide internal promotion opportunities
Attract new talents
4. Since intermediate users are already people within the company, they wouldn’t
have to go through the hiring process or sit through an orientation.
Intermediate users will be assigned to a training day.
During their training day, intermediate users will go through a refresher on the
overview of their position as well as a retraining session of their position.
Because the intermediate users should have an idea on how to use an emailing
system, they would need to learn how to use the new features that come along
with Gmail.
5. Because the intermediate users should know the basics of an emailing service,
they’ll learn how to create an account and sign in, add, edit or delete contacts, find
specific emails and how to change their Gmail settings.
These users should know how create and send an email.
6. Start by typing in “gmail.com” in the address bar. It will direct you the log in.
Once the screen pops up, there will be a button that reads “more options.” Click it and
