2. Training is important for every business because it helps with the growth and
development of personnel. It is important for a business to training new hires as
well as users that are already a part of the company. Training should be ongoing for
current employees because it can help them adjust to rapidly changing job
requirements. There are many benefits for a company to constantly train their
employees which include:
Increased productivity
Reduce employee turnover
Increase efficiency resulting in financial gains
Decreased need for supervision

How to change your Gmail settings
After the user sits through a visual
and hands on training of the new
program and the training for the
position they were hired for, they will
be able to start their position
7. Start by typing in “gmail.com” in the address bar. It will direct you the log in.
Once the screen pops up, there will be a button that reads “more options.” Click it and
then click “create account”
Follow the instructions for creating an account.
Sign in and start exploring
8. In the top left corner of Gmail, there
is a button that says “Compose.”
In the “To” field, add recipients.
You can also add recipents into the
“cc” and the “bcc” fields.
Add the subject
Write your message
At the top of the page, click “Send”
9. Go to “Google Contacts”
In the bottom right, click “Add”
Enter the Contacts information
Click “Save”
10. To edit a contact:
Go to Google Contacts
Click on contacts name
In the top right corner, click “Edit”
Edit the information
Click “Save”
To delete a contact:
Go to Google Contacts
To select contacts, check the boxes
that appear next to their name
To delete multiple contacts at a time,
check all the contacts you want to
delete
In the top right corner, click “More
>Delete>Delete”
11. Open Gmail
In the search box at the top of the
page, write what you’re looking for.
Example: Meetings
Click “Search”
If you cannot find the message you’re
looking for you can try:
Clicking inside the search box, click
the down arrow. This opens up a
page with more ways to filter your
search
If you’re searching for a label name,
try searching by a subject line,
sender, or other keyword.
Use “Search Operators“ to filter your
search.
12. Open Gmail
In the top right, click “Settings”
Choose one of the tabs at the top
such as:
General
Labels
Accounts and import
Accounts
When you’re done updating your
settings, click “Save Changes” at the
bottom of the page
