Huei-Wen Tsai discusses her experiences with educational technology over time from kindergarten through college and currently as a teacher. She defines educational technology as a tool that empowers learners to explore the world and unlock their creativity. As a teacher now, she wants to use internet resources to help students become global citizens who take action to improve the world. Her vision for the future classroom is one where students feel happy and are not worried about scores.
