This document summarizes Jereme Monteau's presentation at State of the Map 2015 about mapping parks and trails in OpenStreetMap. It discusses how OpenTrails provides a standard for sharing trail data across agencies and how it can integrate with OSM. It also describes challenges with agency data and how TrailAssist aims to improve data workflow and quality. Monteau encourages participants to get involved to help grow the OpenTrails community and standard.
