Ectomorph Muscle Building Tips
 Building muscle as an ectomorph can be difficult. Especially if you are not sure what you should do to
 gain muscle mass. I understand how frustrating it can be. And that's why I decided to share tips with
 you on ectomorph muscle building.

 With these ectomorph workout routine and muscle building tips, you will be able to start building more
 muscle mass fast and be able to gain the weight that you want. You'll also get stronger as a result of
 using the ectomorph muscle building tips that I will share below.

 The first muscle building tip that you should know is that you'll want to start eating more protein and
 carbs if you want to build muscle mass. You will need to intake at least a gram of protein per pound of
 bodyweight.

 Make sure you're eating every two to three hours. Some of the foods that you should eat includes lean
 beef, salmon, chicken breast, potatoes, rice, veggies, fruits, nuts, avocados, and protein shakes.

 Another ectomorph workout routine and muscle building tip is to lift heavy. You'll want to do three
 to four sets of six to eight reps. This will help you gain strength and size. Some of the exercises you
 should do that will help you gain muscles are squats, bench press, shoulder press, and deadlifts.




                                     These lifts will help you put on size fast. Also, when working out,
                                     make sure you are only in the gym for no longer than an hour. An
                                     hour and fifteen minutes tops. Because you are an ectomorph, you
                                     don't want to spend too much time in the gym. Get in there. Hit
                                     the weight hard. And get out.


                                     These are a few ectomorph workout routine and muscle building tips
                                     that you can use to help you gain muscle mass fast. If you want to
                                     get big and want to get stronger, make sure you use some of the
                                     tips above.




 I know that it can be difficult to put on size. That's why I want to share with you some of these tips
 above so that you will be able to get bigger. Just be sure you have a good ectomorph workout plan
 when you start.

 And track your progession every week. This will show you how you are doing in the gym and how much
 weight you are putting on.
