Building muscle as an ectomorph can be difficult. Especially if you are not sure what you should do to
gain muscle mass. I understand how frustrating it can be. And that's why I decided to share tips with

bodyweight.

to four sets of six to eight reps. This will help you gain strength and size. Some of the exercises you
should do that will help you gain muscles are squats, bench press, shoulder press, and deadlifts.

make sure you are only in the gym for no longer than an hour. An
hour and fifteen minutes tops. Because you are an ectomorph, you
don't want to spend too much time in the gym. Get in there. Hit
the weight hard. And get out.
