This document provides examples and rules for forming sentences in the simple present tense in English. It discusses both verbal and nominal forms. For verbal sentences, it gives the formulas for positive, negative, and interrogative sentences using do/does as an auxiliary verb. For nominal sentences, it discusses using the verb "to be" as a linking verb.
