I grew up in a community very homogenious and it is hard to understand that people's experiences
effect their understandings and alter our expectations. The idea of having a similar exterior equating
to a similar background is detrimental and creates a lot of distance between social locations because
it perpetuates stereotyping and essentialism. If you rely on looks and other identifying factors you
will miss much of the person, as people are always more than just one thing they identify, or have
been identified as. Misunderstanding creates distance because it leads people to retreat back into
their own communities that they recognize and know and perpetuates stereotypes of identities. I
think it is possible to diminish these distances by creating diaglogue between groups of people who
identify differently than eachother. Much can be said for facilitating discussion amongst people of
different backgrounds. It can aid in helping people gain a deeper understanding of one another and it

The social problem I decided to explain was the growing rate of simple and complex terrorist attacks
in developed countries. In the past few years we've seen a significant spike in the rise of terrorist

One thing that I experienced due to where I lived and my parent's social class was the fact that I got
to attend a good school district, with updated technology and books. My parents' success and
lifestyle were all the reason to me to be hard worker and do well in school. After high school, I took

as k–anonymity and e–differential privacy. In certain situations, we note that users would need
different privacy protection levels based on their relationships and trust associated with the users of
the exposed location data. For instance, users of a location–based social network may need a smaller
privacy protection level in interaction with their close friends and a larger privacy protection level in
relationship with public users. In this paper, we present a privacy aware access control model that
provides different location privacy protection levels based on various access control list of users.
The proposed privacy preserving access control model not only preserves the confidentiality of
access control policy but also provides an efficient mechanism for grant and revoke of

one main street with a few restaurants. Roanoke is currently growing and has been building new

This work explores facilities location as a widely studied problem in current marketing trends.
Further, it breaks down facility location into area description, placing facilities, feasible sites and
assigning customers among others. In addition, facility location seeks to minimize transport costs
and explore greater markets. The research has explored factors such as areas population, demand
(present and future), and other factors affecting facility location. The methodological approaches
employed are multiple attributives in nature and alternative ranking quantitative methods. This work
offers risk evaluation methods, as an indispensable factor in facility location. I present it as a basic

It is typical of me to preface my reflective assignments with my social location so you, the reader,
may better understand my perspective before I begin with the details of the assignment. I do not plan
