This document outlines the learning outcomes of a course. The course covers 4 modules that teach concepts related to decision making for organizational leaders and in groups. Module 1 covers rational vs intuitive decisions and different types of decisions. Module 2 covers cognitive biases and pitfalls in decision making. Module 3 covers pitfalls in group decision making and techniques like nominal groups and brainstorming. Module 4 covers applying the Vroom-Yetton model of leadership decision styles. Upon completing the course, students will be able to identify, explain and apply the concepts from each module.
