6. FACE TO FACE MEETINGS
âRemote teams should meet at least every
quarterâ
Question - How many of your teams has recurring
off-site meetings? (Team building, Inception, etc)

8. TEAM VALUES
âTeam values should be made early and used
often.â
Question - How many of your teams has defined
values that are often used?

9. TEAM AGREEMENTS
â° We do 5 min of chit chat every meeting
â° We share our vacation with our team
â° Take the issue directly to the person that you
have issue with
Question - If you ask: âWhat are the agreements
of this team?â what will be their answer?

14. FUN AND GAMIFICATION
â° Add some fun factor
â° Follow by serious talks
â° Use Gamification to influence habits and
behavior (Gamified retrospectives)

â° You can choose any amount of compensation.
â° But you have to write an essay mentioning why you
want that amount.
â° Other members of your team should read and agree
with it.
â° All essays and individual compensations are
transparent to the team.

â° Move the traditional scrum daily

â° Daily meetings are in Lean Coffee format
â° Quick decisions are made on the Daily
â° Bigger decisions are moved to a separate
meeting
