investor.

A distribution company is approached and a licensing agreement is then
made.
The film distributers decide how many copies of the film to make, these are
then shown to potential buyers.
The buyers negotiate with the distribution company on which movies to lease
and the terms of the lease.
The theatres receive the prints of the film two days before the opening of the
film.
The theatre shows the film for a certain number of weeks.
People buy tickets and watch the film.
The theatres give the print back to the distribution company and cover the
financial cost of the lease agreements.
