The document provides instructions for students to access and take a mid-year assessment on Study Island. It outlines two options for accessing Study Island - manually typing the URL or through the school PortaPortal. It then describes how students should sign in, select the assignment and topics, configure the test session for 40 multiple choice questions, take the test by selecting their answer until the correct one is revealed, and finish by raising their hand once completed. Teachers are asked to monitor students and ensure they finish the correct number of questions.
