stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

Is the master of scrum, who ensures the scrum framework is followed.
Scrum has a clearly defined set of roles and rituals that should be
followed and the scrum master works with each member of the scrum
team to guide and coach the team through the scrum framework.

11. Quality Eng/Tester
A quality engineer should work on the project’s concept and requirements along with
the product owner to:
● Challenge the PO’s ideas
● Detect contradictions
● Spot edge cases by asking the questions like “What happens if/when ….”?
Is familiar with each element from the very beginning. They can help with project
estimation and even have a say on the technical part. With the basic programming
skills, the QE is able to better communicate with the development team.
They should be able to write automated tests (integration and end-to-end). Because
the QE understands the architecture of the system, they can spot integration points
in the application. They can also determine the correct business path because they
have been a part of the preparation stage.

12. Engineer/Coder
Anyone who can write some code that compiles and runs, which will do
something they want when it’s given the right inputs.

14. UX Designer / Content Designer (UXD)
A UX designer is a technical role that is responsible for enhancing customer
satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a
product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users. A UX designer is
responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience
with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience using various forms of digital and
web media. UX designer is also required to have a functional understanding of coding
and transfer the brand's strengths and personality seamlessly throughout the
interface of a product.

15. Technical Support/Help Desk
A help desk technician is an IT support specialist who helps customers or users troubleshoot software and hardware
problems. As a help desk technician, your responsibilities and duties include receiving technical support tickets, phone calls,
or emails, contacting the user or customer, listening to their issue, diagnosing the problem, and walking them through the
solution. You must be patient with often upset customers and explain how to resolve their computer issues in a step-by-step
manner that is understandable to a layperson.
