2. Journal One
Before my Social Phycology’s test, Ms Pang gave us a lecture about attitudes and social
judgements. From this lecture, I learned a lot about components and theories of attitudes. Ms
Pang taught us that attitudes are positive and negative evaluations of object of people’s
thoughts. There are three factors in changing attitudes, for example, source, message and
receiver. Ms Pang had briefly gone through about the theories of attitude change. The
theories are evaluative conditioning, operant conditioning and observational learning. After
Ms Pang finish giving lecture, she gave us to do an experiment together. She asked us to say
out the word in the slides with different colours to determine our observational skill. We had
fun in it and enjoyed it. We asked Ms Pang to give us one more tries to do it before end of the
class.

3. Journal Two
Today is the first quiz for Social Psychology. I felt nervous and excited because curious of
the questions that out in the quiz. I had never do quiz about Social Psychology. I tried my
best to do revision about what I learned in previous lessons although I can’t really understand
them. When I have my social phycology quiz, after I saw the questions I feel so difficult and
confuse. But after my phycology quiz, I felt relax because finish one difficult quiz and need
start to prepare for other subject’s test. What I learned from today and the quiz is do not do
last minute revision when you having a test for the next day. It will make you tired and can’t
concentrate and focus on those questions in the test.
