- 7. 1. MCC Top Level ● Apply for the token from the top level MCC ○ Go to -> Account Settings -> AdWords API Center ● The more active accounts you have under it, the better! ● This is to make sure you are an active AdWords user ● For small MCCs: need provide more details/justification in the Design Doc!
- 8. 2. Provide a Valid Email Address ● The email is the main channel of communication with the approval team ● Provide a valid one, that you check frequently ○ If you have an alias, use that! ● Watch the Spam box. Sometimes it ends up there… ● If you have an alias, use that ● Check it regularly!
- 9. 3. Billing and T&Cs ● Sign the Term & Conditions! ● The Billing info requirement is being removed from the process ○ In the mean time, you do not need to fill it out ● You will be asked to choose your country of business after the change
- 10. 4. Fill the "New Token" form ● Shortly after requesting it, you will receive this form via email ○ It will be sent to the address you entered in the request form ● Fill it correctly, and as soon as possible ● The form is sent to you right away ● After submitting it, a reviewer will reach out to you in less than one business day

Meaningful Project Description ● The approval team wants to make sure you are doing it right ● Provide a good short description of your project ○ Explain what you are doing ○ Mention what will be internal and public (clients) ○ Talk about the AdWords features you will use ● Also mention the tools you will use! ○ AwReporting?
