1. Stu Basham
Inspiring people through music
Stu Basham is a music business entrepreneur and professional
with a strong performance background. He has experimented in
music since the age of seven playing instruments from Piano to
Guitar to Drums. Stu has appeared as a multi-instrumentalist on
several national advertising campaigns as well as produced
several tracks by Colorado musicians. In 2009 Stu uprooted his
life from Bend, Oregon to make a splash in the Denver music
scene. He made many valuable connections in the industry and
got an insider’s look at the scene from a performer’s perspective.
With the release of his own EP, Stu quickly acquired
weekly gigs in promotion with his new release. Playing
alongside some of Denver’s best musicians, Stu
developed a strong bond with his fellow performers.
Since then, Stu’s passion has drifted towards helping
other bands and songwriters achieve their own
success.
In 2010, he began attending the University of
Colorado Denver for Music Business. Since then, he
has gone on to do Sound Design for University
productions and Colorado Public Radio as well as
developing marketing plans for several artists. He
currently is interning for Next Big Sound in Boulder,
Colorado and Bear Orange, a management company Contact Stu Basham
which handles the careers of numerous bands across
