manufacturer of natural soda. At
Snow Stu personally raised over
$3.5 million in angel financing and
acquired distribution in top regional
and national retail chains. He is a
graduate of Cornell University, and
holds Series 7, 63 and 82 licenses
with a perfect compliance record.

Eric is a well-known, veteran operator
in the natural food and beverage
industries. He was the founder and
CEO of the publicly traded beverage
company New Leaf Brands Inc.
(Ticker: NLEF), from Sept. 2008 to
Feb. 2012. Prior to that, Eric founded
Skae Beverage International, LLC,
U.S. Distributor for Iceland Spring
Water and spent fifteen years in the
beverage industry working in senior-
level sales, marketing and distribution
roles at companies including Fresh
Samantha, Hansen Beverage
Company, and Arizona Beverages.
He is a graduate of Northwood U.
Jeremy spent 10 years as an M&A
professional at Integrated Finance
and Bear Stearns, where he was a
VP. He then moved to the buy side,
evaluating early-stage investments
in health & wellness, media, and
technology for family offices/funds
including Palm Ventures, and New
Ground Ventures. Prior to
becoming a banker Jeremy worked
in Mexico City for a spin-off of Booz
Allen Hamilton. He earned a B.A.
from Stanford University and an
MBA from the University of Chicago.

Stu Strumwasser Managing Principal Stu has over twenty years of Green Circle/Bricktown Team Eric Skae Managing Partner at The Bricktown Group Jeremy Friedman Principal & Advisor to New Ground Ventures Stu has over twenty years of experience in selling investments. He was a Director and VP at major Wall Street firms such as Paine Webber (now UBS) and Oppenheimer & Co., until he left in 2005 to found Snow Beverages, a manufacturer of natural soda. At Snow Stu personally raised over $3.5 million in angel financing and acquired distribution in top regional and national retail chains. He was the founder and CEO of the publicly traded beverage company New Leaf Brands Inc. (Ticker: NLEF), from Sept. 2008 to Feb. 2012. Prior to that, Eric founded Skae Beverage International, LLC, U.S. Distributor for Iceland Spring Water and spent fifteen years in the beverage industry working in senior- level sales, marketing and distribution roles at companies including Fresh Samantha, Hansen Beverage Company, and Arizona Beverages. He is a graduate of Northwood U. Jeremy spent 10 years as an M&A professional at Integrated Finance and Bear Stearns, where he was a VP. He then moved to the buy side, evaluating early-stage investments in health & wellness, media, and technology for family offices/funds including Palm Ventures, and New Ground Ventures. Prior to becoming a banker Jeremy worked in Mexico City for a spin-off of Booz Allen Hamilton. He earned a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
