corporate-share of costs. I also negotiated new shipping agreements that saved over 20% annually.

2016. As the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at NMS Capital, a billion+ dollar investment firm based in Beverly

floor plans, inventory financing, working capital loans, SBA loans, and commercial real estate lending. I am responsible for
business development, origination, sales, financial projections and office management.
 PrizePoints (2016), Sales Director and Regional Operations Manager, Salt Lake City, Utah. PrizePoints creates shop-
local customer loyalty marketing programs. I established our Salt Lake office in 2016. I increased the number of firm clients by
160% and firm revenue by over 200%. I am responsible for business development, operations, sales and local strategy.
 Bohme (2012 – 2015), Director, Human Resources, Logistics and Planning, Sandy, Utah. Bohme is a boutique fast-
fashion, woman’s clothing chain with locations in nine states. As one of two directors, I reported directly to the CEO. My re-
sponsibilities were broad and included HR, warehouse operations, inventory control, planning, and financial projections.
 NMS Capital (2011 – 2012), Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, Beverly Hills, California. NMS Capital is an in-
vestment banking and management firm with over $1 billion under management and experience with over 20 IPOs. I was the
Regional Manager for the Intermountain Area and was responsible for recruiting, training and establishing a sales and manage-
ment team. I also was accountable for sales, investment management, IB services, and client relations for my region.
 QZ Service Company (2009 – present), Consultant, Salt Lake City, Utah. QZ Service Company provides business con-
sulting in operational efficiency, corporate structure, logistics, and business planning. Highlights include: Organizational re-
vamp for operations of an indigenous peoples fund, marketing plan for a Caribbean resort property, stress testing for a media
fund, and operational structure and business strategy for a Ghanaian mining company. I conducted business on four continents.
 Bennett Ross (2010 – 2011), Principal Investment Consultant, Fort Worth, Texas. Bennett Ross is a national boutique
investment company. My duties included client development, investment review and transaction structuring. Primarily involved
with private equity investments and structured finance opportunities. I was the investment adviser for 3 private hedge funds.
 Westmill Development (2008 – 2011), Director, Salt Lake City, Utah. A real estate development firm, I was responsible
for the acquisition and development of residential properties, including pro formas, business plans, marketing, and financing.
 Fidelity Investments (1995 – 2008), Senior Investment Consultant, Salt Lake City, Utah. During my 13 years with Fideli-
ty, I held numerous roles and responsibilities. I managed sales teams and was accountable for their training, production, efficien-
cy and for the establishment and attainment of all metrics. I received awards for sales production and leadership.
