Director of Human Resources, July 2011 - Present
• Responsible for providing HR support to the Inflight Western Region – LAX, SFO, IAH, DEN,
SEA, LAS flight attendant bases. International flight attendant bases include Narita, Hong Kong,
Guam, and Hawaii.
• Manage a team of two direct reports who also provide HR support to the Inflight Western Region.
• Interface and maintain a working relationship with Los Angeles airport management and HR
counterparts.
• Investigate all Harassment, Discrimination, ADA, EEOC, and violations of Title VII issues
involving and regarding any/all Inflight employees of the Western Region.
• Assist in the administration of all HR initiatives (i.e., Performance Management, AIP, Benefit
Enrollment, Dependent Certification, Pass Travel policy, etc.).

Sr. Manager Employee Service, April 2008 – July 2011
• Maintained open communication with suppliers/vendors who managed the Company Store and the
Corporate Relocation contracts/agreements.
• Managed all aspects related to the daily responsibilities of Continental’s Company Store operation.
• Managed team of two that were responsible for all employee Corporate Relocation moves and/or
transfers, both domestic and international.
• Managed team of two who were responsible for the operation of Continental’s We Care financial
