life is communication. It
starts with birth and
continuous till death. No
organization whether
business or non-business
cannot survive without
effective communication.
The business of an
organization runs on
exchange of information,
plan, ideas, proposal and
conducting discussion,
meeting and research that
are all different form of
communication

3. • It is quite true that the communication is the lifeblood
of every organization and its success depends its
effective and timely use. To fulfill the responsibility, in
an organization the manager has to read , speak, write,
listen, observe and supervise that are media of
communication. He uses letter, reports and memos for
written communication.
• Within a company it is essential that every manager
must contact to communicate his superiors,
subordinates or equal. He has to communicate ideas
provides information and guidance, solve problem,
make decisions and correct deviations.

publicity, personal selling
and other sales promotion
techniques for information
about their goods and
services to consumers and
customers. Accounting is
also an extremely
important branch of
communication. By

employees can be better
