Administrative duties (Out patient Area)
 Guest service representatives talk, listen and help resolved conflicts with Patients and relative.
 listen effectively to find the root cause of issues, and communicate clearly and in a friendly way
to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.

Inpatient area
• Assists to coordinate and ensure smooth flow of daily operations within the wards and OT rooms.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors and work colleagues
• Maintains a clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Communicate using appropriate terminology for the patient, their families and other healthcare
professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in accordance with the ethics of the profession.
• Practice within his/her area of competence and assume accountability for his/ her professional
responsibilities.
• cooperative and harmonious working relationships
• Participate as a valued team member promoting and contributing to a supportive team
environment
• Good understanding of emergency preparedness plans/policies of The Hospital as evidenced by

• Coordinate between inpatient department outpatient clinic insurance department to follow up the
approval for all procedures

• Complete annual mandatory education/competencies as set by The Hospital.
• Assist the Ward Manager and nursing team as necessary.
