Warning:
 Please firstly make sure to close the main switch and all separating brakes of power
before connecting power distribution system to avoid causing personal and property
loss because of leakage.
 Please open LED display screen by turning on power switches step by step from main
power switch of distribution box to guarantee that LED inner power shall not be
strongly shocked so as to break power down.

Warning:
 Don’t pile up more than 2 aviation cabinets.
 The surface placing aviation cabinets shall be kept horizontal to assure the total load is
evenly distributed on the four wheels. And this surface must be able to support the total
load.
 Before piling up or transporting aviation cabinets, please check whether or not the wheels
and the fastening screws are worn down or damaged.
 Before piling up or transporting aviation cabinets, please check whether the two locking
handles of each aviation cabinet are in normal condition and can be safely locked.
 Ensure that the wheels of the upper aviation cabinet are exactly placed on the stocking
panel of the lower one when piling up.
 Don’t move the aviation cabinets piped up together. During piling up, first fix the lower
aviation cabinet to the final position, then place the upper one.
 In case of broken wheels, the aviation cabinet must be bound tightly to avoid pile
collapse.
 Use appropriate forklift to transport the aviation cabinet, and necessary measures must be
taken to avoid injuries to people.

IX. Display maintenance
The large screen of LED is like the traditional electronic products which need to be paid attention to
use methods and maintenance, so as to make a longer service life of it.
[I] Routine maintenance of main control computer
The computer is usually placed in the control room, thus to keep the stability and good displaying
result, we must maintain the main control computer regularly as follows:
1. Clean
Keep the control room clean and regularly dedust the computer and surrounding equipment, as dust
may contaminate the keyboard, disc, display, host circuit board and other important parts, causing material
faults.
2. Ventilation
The computer will produce a lot of heat during operation. If radiating is not sufficient and the room
temperature is too high, computer crash and other faults may be easily caused and the service life of the
main control computer may be reduced in a long term. Therefore, ventilation must draw enough attention.
3. Temperature and relative humidity
If the environmental temperature is relatively high (e.g. in hot summer), the control room must be
installed with fans or air condition equipment if applicable, so as to maintain the temperature as 10℃~
35℃ and the relative humidity 30%-80%, and try to avoid working of computer under high temperature
and high humidity.
4. Hardware examination
Regularly examine the hardware and surrounding accessory equipment of the computer, e.g. whether
or not the graphics card and sending card is loosened, whether or not DVI line, serial port line or USB line
is loosened or damaged, and eliminate discovered problems in time.
5. Software upgrading
Kill virus regularly, especially that the computers connecting internet shall be installed with anti-virus
software. And the player software shall be upgraded regularly to assure the latest version is used.
6. Points for attention:
The more stable computer power is the better. Usually it is required to use AC 220 V±10% with
frequency of 50HZ±5%. A fluctuate power can affect the normal running of computer and directly affect
the regular displaying of display, thus it is suggested to add one UPS, if possible, which will protect the
computer data from missing due to sudden blackout of main supply and also has voltage stabilization
function generally.
If there’re refrigerators or air conditioners of high-power surrounding the computer, the power socket
of the computer shall be separated with theirs and use independent power socket.
As safety assurance, the computer power shall have good grounding system with three-phase power
socket of null line on the left, live wire on the right and ground wire on the top. The ground wire here is the
safety wire of power, which shouldn’t be connected with the logical ground line of the computer.
[II] Maintenance of LED
(I) Cabinet part
1. The examination of cabinet part mainly includes the following procedures:
Examine whether or not the power works normally and whether or not AC wire is loosened.
Examine whether or not the fan works normally, and dedust the fan blade.
Examine the receiving card: Check whether or not the supplying DCSV wire is loosened and whether
or not the receiving card and keyset are well contacted as well as whether or not the winding displacement
of keyset is loosened,
Visually examine whether or not the DCSV wires and winding displacements between the internal
modules of the cabinet are loosened.
Examine whether or not there are sundries jamming the air-vent, and dismantle the anti-dust net to
clear off if so.
2. Others
Examine finishing of the display to assure safety usage of it.
The maintenance passage ladder of display shall be at least three meters and be additionally installed
with protective door and relevant warning boards.
(II) Display part
For the display part, mainly conduct regular dedusting on the surface of display especially for out-door
display which is long-time exposed to the work environment of wind, sun and dust and can be easily
contaminated. Thus, regular dedusting of display can not only elevate displaying effect but also avoid the
acid particles and other chemical substances in the out-door environment to corrode the surface of display
under humid condition, so as to improve the service life of display.
For out-door display, install efficient lightning-protection equipment if necessary. The following issues
shall be noted for application and maintenance of LED:
1. It is required to have stable power supply and good grounding protection.
2. Don’t use under bad weather, e.g. strong thunder.
3. Water and iron powders and other conductive metals are forbidden to enter into the display body.
LED display shall be placed in low dust environment, as large dusts may affect the displaying results and
too much dusts will damage the circuits.
4. In case of water entering due to any reason, please switch off and contact the maintenance staff. The
display shall not be used until the internal display board is dried. Maintain the humidity of the use
environment of full-color LED and do not let any item of humid nature to enter into the display. Powering
on the full-color LED with humidity can result in corrosion of parts, thus causing permanent damages.
5. The start and close sequence of LED: A. First start the control computer to make it work normally,
then start the LED. B. First close the LED, then computer.
6. LED surface can be wiped using alcohol or be dedusted using brush and dust collector instead of
being wiped using wet cloth. In order to avoid possible problems, we can choose passive or positive
protection by trying to keep the harmful items far away from the display and slightly wipe the display while
cleaning so as to minimize the possibility of damage.
7. It is suggested that LED shall rest for more than 2 hours each day and be used for at least once a
week in rainy seasons. The display shall be started up for at least once a month and be on for more than 2
hours generally.
8. LED shall be regularly examined whether or not it works normally and replaced in time if not; and
examine whether or not the circuit is damaged and repair or replace it if so.
9. Don’t make the display in long-time displaying of full white, red, green or blue colors in case of
overlarge current and power line radiation and thus LED damage to affect its service life. Be sure not to
dismantle or stitch the display at random.
10. The relevant equipment such as LED main control computer shall be placed in a room with air
conditioner and slight dusts to make sure the ventilation and radiation and stable working of computer.
11. The internal circuits of LED are forbidden to be touched by non-professionals in case of electric
shock or damage of circuit. Ask the professionals to examine and repair in case of problems.
[III] Storage of LED
(I) Preservation of the non-installed display, standby modules and other accessories
1. Perfect moistureproof work at the storage places: appropriate environmental temperature of -40℃
~+85℃and relative humidity lower than 90%.
2. Prevent insects and mice from biting the display and cables during storage.
3. Prevent rainwater and other corrosive liquids from entering into or contacting the display and
modules during storage.
4. Perfect the cleaning work during storage to avoid sundries or dusts piling up in the display.
(II) Usage and storage of LED under special environment.
1. The display shall be avoided to be installed at dropsical places. The power of display and computer
shall be cut off in time in case of extreme severe convection weathers such as typhoon, storm, hail and
thunder.
2. The out-door display shall be installed with lightning arrester, and the cabinet and external steel
frame shall be well grounded in case of display burnout, even human injury or death caused by lightning or
display leakage.
3. For the displays which are installed in coastal areas, attention shall be paid to corrosion of metal
parts of display by air salts, and the installed steel structure shall also take special consideration of the anti-
typhoon ability.
4. The displays in some countries and areas may not be able to work normally due to very low
temperature in winter, thus it is suggested to use low-temperature or super low-temperature power and anti
low-temperature cabinet, and warm air curtain can be added if necessary.
X.After service
The company will provide technical support and after service of the product for users, and will also
provide complete assessment advices and relevant technical suggestions in aspects of technical parameters,
specifications, configuration, functions and environmental factors. All these service will assure safe, stable
and efficient running of software and hardware of supplied equipment so as to ensure normal operating of
users’ businesses.

2. Provide free remote assistance service
In case the relevant technical problems feedback by you may not be solved by phone calls or emails in
real-time, as the case may be, we will provide remote assistance or dispatch our engineers to the
engineering site to help you.
3. Provide lifelong maintenance service of the product
Within the maintenance period, we will take charge of maintenance of all the equipment under the
contract and replace or repair all the damaged equipment or parts due to product design, installation
process, materials, product quality and accessories.
After the warranty period, our engineers will conduct one-time overall testing and adjusting of the
large displays. When the maintenance period expires, we will provide you with the same quality spare
products and parts for emergent fault replacement and possible fault maintenance during operating of large
displays to ensure stable operating of system. All the replaced spare parts will be charged costs only.
In case of faults of module, power or control system, you may send it back to us directly for
examination and repair. Our technical staff will return it to you in time once it is surely fixed. For the cases
that couldn’t be fixed, we will provide you with the same quality accessories, charging costs only.
4. Free upgrading
We will offer lifelong software upgrading of your equipment to provide the latest version of control
software in time.
5. Other terms and conditions
The maintenance service is valid only for the originally provided equipment and original installation
places and users. If the relevant equipment is re-installed in other places or the user transferred the
ownership of the display equipment under the contract, the user shall inform us in written for re-assessment
of relevant services. Otherwise, the relevant maintenance service will be invalid.
6. Long-time provision of spare products, parts and special tools
Within the service terms and conditions, we will store sufficient quantity of the same pipe core and
components of the same production batch to ensure the quality of after service so that the purchasers will
not delay system operating due to lacking parts; we can provide equipment of similar types for temporary
and alternate usage under special situations, so as to assure the maintenance service of the project is
smoothly carried out.
7. Points for attention
Our service exclude the faults or damages that are caused by negligence, accidents, natural disasters,
operating not complying to the user manual, misuse and handling products not in accordance with
instructions, as well as self-modified products or missing parts.
Any damage resulted from maintaining, modifying or arbitrarily changing the system by personnel
without the company’s authorization shall be excluded from the maintenance service terms. In case the
user, by himself, removes any mask, LED light and other appliances, which may lead to safety risks or
functional faults, this product shall not be listed in the maintenance scope.
Our company will not be responsible for any legal liabilities and compensations of any property losses
or personnel injuries caused by natural disasters and improper operating.

(1) How to replace module?
For rear maintenance cabinet, open the cabinet back door, with screwdriver to dismantle the screws that
fixed module.
For front maintenance cabinet, with a screwdriver to dismantle the screws that fixed module.
Remove the module from the cabinet after finished dismantlement,
unplug the power cable to connect the module (A) and the signal line (B), module can be split out
Put the spare module by "UP" arrow up (with other modules in the same direction) back onto the cabinet,
plug in the power cable(A), the signal line (B), tighten the screws.

(2) How to replace power?

Open the cabinet door, using a screwdriver to
remove the four screws that fixed the power supply
(A), then take out the power supply from the back.
Remove the AC input power line terminals (B).
Remove the DC output cable terminals (C).
Put a spare power supply to cabinet and
connected as former.
Warning :
Replacing the power supply, receiving card, please in strict accordance with the identity of
component for connection, otherwise it will cause damage to parts!
Pull out the card from the keysets (E), crystal head
(F) that connect the network cable with receiver card
and 5V power cable (G).
 Remove the 4pcs of screws that fixing receiving
card (D),then take out the receiving card.

(4) How to replace IC?
Remove the screws on the module,
take out the LED board. (Waterproof
module need a razor blade to cut the
circle rubber around module, pry the
LED board carefully with tweezer
,shell it off from bottom case ).
Find out broken IC, clean up the
waterproof paint on the IC.
With a soldering iron to solder tin
on the pin of both side of IC.
With a soldering iron to rapid
heating cycle on the tin of IC both
side pins ,make it in the molten state,
then IC can pushed and removed.
Put some tin on pad of the broken
IC appropriately, clean up the tin slag
on the pad.
Take out the IC of the same type
with product, and clamp the both ends
of IC with tweezers so as to make
each pin.
Correctly stick to IC pad
correspondingly (Note that the pin on
the sunken round point on the left
corner of IC front is the first pin,
which must be welded corresponding
to the small silk-screen circle of the
circuit board IC).
Use soldering iron to heat the right
pin of IC back and forth, so as to
make tin on pad be fused with pin to
fix it on pad.
Add the left pin of IC with tin, then
the right one.
Incline the lamp panel to 45°, use
soldering iron to heat tin on the IC
pins from top to bottom and slightly
cast off redundant tin which is stuck
to the soldering iron until that no IC
pins are connected with each other.

bottom case, waterproof module

rubber on the place scraped rubber
and also add a circle rubber around
the LED board.
(5) How to replace LED lamp bead?
① How to measure LED lamp? (Remark: this measurement method is applicable only to the LED lamp
of this product type)
②Procedures of lamp replacement
 Adjust the digital multimeter to diode test grade, use the red probe to
contact any pin on the side of LED lamp while the black probe the three pins
on the other side. If the LED lamp is lightened, the end which is contacted
by the red probe is the positive pole, while the other is negative pole.
If the LED lamp is not lightened, exchange the red and black probes to re-
test, if the lamp is still not lightened, that means the lamp is broken
 Found the broken LED, use a screwdriver to
remove the screws fixing the mask and take out
the mask.
 Outdoor cabinet module with a waterproof
measures, with a blade or tweezers to scrape
gently the rubber around the LED lamp when
maintain.
 Use soldering iron to add tin to the pins on
both sides of lamp
 Use soldering iron to rapidly perform
circulatory heating of tin on the pins on both
sides of lamp to make it melt, so that lamp can
be removed easily.
 Add moderate tin to the removed lamp pad
and clear off tin residues.
 Take out the LED lamp of the same type with
product and measure the positive and negative
poles of it according to the aforesaid method.
 Clamp the LED lamp with tweezers so as to make
each pin correctly stick to IC pad
correspondingly.
 Use soldering iron to heat tin on pad to melt with
the pins on one side of the lamp, then remove the
soldering iron.
 Add the pins on the other side of LED lamp with
tin, then the former one.
 Heat to eliminate the redundant tin on pins with
soldering iron (similar with the method used for
replacing IC), except the three pins on the side of
positive poles, the other three pins can’t be
connected with each other.
A 、 When the lighting module display to normal,
install the module to bottom case, waterproof module
required component room temperature curing
silicone rubber (black), add rubber on the place
scraped rubber, cover back the mask after rubber
solidification.
 It can be observed that there’s a very small unfilled corner among the four
front corners of the LED lamp. The three pins opposite to this corner are the
positive poles “+” of LED, while the three pins on its side are the negative
poles of red, green and blue lamp respectively. The most directive way is to
observe the silk-screen “+,R,G,B” or the unfilled corner directions of other
LED lamps on LED lamp panel.

③Replace DIP LED Steps
Found the broken LED, use a screwdriver to remove the screws fixing the mask and take out the mask.
Outdoor cabinet module with a waterproof measures, with a blade or tweezers to scrape gently the rubber around the LED
lamp when maintain.
Breaking down gently the surrounding LEDs, use soldering iron to add tin to the pins on both sides of lamp. (Or use
pliers to cut the broken lamp, making it into two parts).
Use soldering iron to rapidly perform circulatory heating of tin on the pins on both sides of lamp to make it melt,
Meanwhile using tweezers to clamp the Led foot and pull it out
Add moderate tin to the removed lamp pad and clear off tin residues.
Take out the LED lamp of the same type with product and measure the positive and negative poles of it according to the
aforesaid method.
From the Led foot about 3mm square metal piece, use pliers to cut off the excess part of the pin.
Use tweezers to clamp the lamp insert through the pin hole. (Note the positive and negative pins with others of the same
color lamp the positive and negative direction).
Use soldering iron to heat tin on pad to melt with the pins on one side of the lamp, then remove the soldering iron.
Heat to eliminate the redundant tin on pins with soldering iron (similar with the method used for replacing IC), two pin can
not be connected, after welding finished make the dumped lamp homing.
A.When the lighting module display to normal, install the module to bottom case, waterproof module required component
room temperature curing silicone rubber (black), add rubber on the place scraped rubber, cover back the mask after rubber
solidification.

 Non-professional technical personnel don't unauthorized attempts to repair LED module, the module
can be returned to our company for repair.
 Do not use sharp tools when dismantle the LED board of waterproof module, otherwise it would
damage the circuit board.
 When replacing IC and LED lamp, the appropriate temperature of soldering iron shall be 350 .℃
Welding shall be done very fast and the welding time shall not be too long, otherwise IC and LED
lamp may be damaged for being overheated.
 Make sure to take care during operation, in case of being scalded by soldering iron. Cut off the power
of and cool it naturally away from combustibles when not using.

[IV] Cable manufacturing method conforming to the national standard
The control system uses the through-line conforming to the national standard, both standards are
applicable. The cable with RJ-4S crystal head has two arranging sequence: 568A and 568B.
We often use 568B method as per the following chart:
568A type: 1 white and green, 2 green, 3 white and orange, 4 blue, 5 whiteandblue, 6 orange 7 white and
brown, 8 brown
568B type: 1 white and orange, 2 orange, 3 white and green, 4 blue, 5 white and blue, 6 green 7 white and
brown, 8 brown
Manufacturing procedures:
The other end of cable shall be pressed with a
crystal head as per the same line sequence. Use
cable tester or connect to LED directly to test.
Complete the manufacturing once there’s signal.
Put the crystal head into the 8P slot of the cable
clamp, tightly clench the clamp to press all the
protruding stitches into the crystal head. The
bottom plastic button will be pressed over the
protection coat of wire. Stop while hearing a sound
of slight “click”.
Check the inserted cable to make sure the cable
sequence is right without crossing and the 8 line
ends are tightly fixed to the end of crystal head.
Insert the well prepared cables into the 8 slots
inside RJ-45 crystal head till the end.
Press the cable tightly and use the cable clamp to
cut the top of 8 lines neat to preserve about 15mm
of the part without protection rubber.
Remove the ripped cable protection rubber, and
separate and straighten the 8 (4 pairs of) core lines
respectively, then tidily arrange them according to
the specified sequence.
Put the cables into the cable clamp for about
15mm, slightly clench the clamp to rotate slowly
and let the blade rip the cable protection rubber.

[V] Sending LED Parameters (1) LINSN System A          F E B C D I G H Open “sending card” faceplate. Click “load from files” to find the folder of placing LED parameters. Find display parameters file(*.RCG) in folders. Click “open” to load the parameters file into control software. Send parameters file into receiving card. Save parameters file into receiving card to keep not lose after outage. Open “displayconnection” faceplate Choose “real pixel display” Input the receiving card number of LED horizontal and vertical row (the number of cabinets) A) Make the first grid in the lower left corner of control software as starting point of connection, if the first cabinet connected by main signal line is in the lower left corner of LED. And this surface must be able to support the total load.  Before piling up or transporting aviation cabinets, please check whether or not the wheels and the fastening screws are worn down or damaged.  Before piling up or transporting aviation cabinets, please check whether the two locking handles of each aviation cabinet are in normal condition and can be safely locked.  Ensure that the wheels of the upper aviation cabinet are exactly placed on the stocking panel of the lower one when piling up.  Don’t move the aviation cabinets piped up together. Display maintenance The large screen of LED is like the traditional electronic products which need to be paid attention to use methods and maintenance, so as to make a longer service life of it. [I] Routine maintenance of main control computer The computer is usually placed in the control room, thus to keep the stability and good displaying result, we must maintain the main control computer regularly as follows: 1. Clean Keep the control room clean and regularly dedust the computer and surrounding equipment, as dust may contaminate the keyboard, disc, display, host circuit board and other important parts, causing material faults. 2. Ventilation The computer will produce a lot of heat during operation. If radiating is not sufficient and the room temperature is too high, computer crash and other faults may be easily caused and the service life of the main control computer may be reduced in a long term. Therefore, ventilation must draw enough attention. 3. Temperature and relative humidity If the environmental temperature is relatively high (e.g. in hot summer), the control room must be installed with fans or air condition equipment if applicable, so as to maintain the temperature as 10℃~ 35℃ and the relative humidity 30%-80%, and try to avoid working of computer under high temperature and high humidity. 4. Hardware examination Regularly examine the hardware and surrounding accessory equipment of the computer, e.g. whether or not the graphics card and sending card is loosened, whether or not DVI line, serial port line or USB line is loosened or damaged, and eliminate discovered problems in time. 5. Software upgrading Kill virus regularly, especially that the computers connecting internet shall be installed with anti-virus software. And the player software shall be upgraded regularly to assure the latest version is used. 6. Points for attention: The more stable computer power is the better. Usually it is required to use AC 220 V±10% with frequency of 50HZ±5%. A fluctuate power can affect the normal running of computer and directly affect the regular displaying of display, thus it is suggested to add one UPS, if possible, which will protect the computer data from missing due to sudden blackout of main supply and also has voltage stabilization function generally. If there’re refrigerators or air conditioners of high-power surrounding the computer, the power socket of the computer shall be separated with theirs and use independent power socket. As safety assurance, the computer power shall have good grounding system with three-phase power socket of null line on the left, live wire on the right and ground wire on the top. The ground wire here is the safety wire of power, which shouldn’t be connected with the logical ground line of the computer. [II] Maintenance of LED (I) Cabinet part 1. The examination of cabinet part mainly includes the following procedures: Examine whether or not the power works normally and whether or not AC wire is loosened. Examine whether or not the fan works normally, and dedust the fan blade. Examine the receiving card: Check whether or not the supplying DCSV wire is loosened and whether or not the receiving card and keyset are well contacted as well as whether or not the winding displacement of keyset is loosened, Visually examine whether or not the DCSV wires and winding displacements between the internal modules of the cabinet are loosened. Examine whether or not there are sundries jamming the air-vent, and dismantle the anti-dust net to clear off if so. 2. Others Examine finishing of the display to assure safety usage of it. The maintenance passage ladder of display shall be at least three meters and be additionally installed with protective door and relevant warning boards. (II) Display part For the display part, mainly conduct regular dedusting on the surface of display especially for out-door
  • 10. display which is long-time exposed to the work environment of wind, sun and dust and can be easily contaminated. Thus, regular dedusting of display can not only elevate displaying effect but also avoid the acid particles and other chemical substances in the out-door environment to corrode the surface of display under humid condition, so as to improve the service life of display. For out-door display, install efficient lightning-protection equipment if necessary. The following issues shall be noted for application and maintenance of LED: 1. It is required to have stable power supply and good grounding protection. 2. Don’t use under bad weather, e.g. strong thunder. 3. Water and iron powders and other conductive metals are forbidden to enter into the display body. LED display shall be placed in low dust environment, as large dusts may affect the displaying results and too much dusts will damage the circuits. 4. In case of water entering due to any reason, please switch off and contact the maintenance staff. The display shall not be used until the internal display board is dried. Maintain the humidity of the use environment of full-color LED and do not let any item of humid nature to enter into the display. Powering on the full-color LED with humidity can result in corrosion of parts, thus causing permanent damages. 5. The start and close sequence of LED: A. First start the control computer to make it work normally, then start the LED. B. First close the LED, then computer. 6. LED surface can be wiped using alcohol or be dedusted using brush and dust collector instead of being wiped using wet cloth. In order to avoid possible problems, we can choose passive or positive protection by trying to keep the harmful items far away from the display and slightly wipe the display while cleaning so as to minimize the possibility of damage. 7. It is suggested that LED shall rest for more than 2 hours each day and be used for at least once a week in rainy seasons. The display shall be started up for at least once a month and be on for more than 2 hours generally. 8. LED shall be regularly examined whether or not it works normally and replaced in time if not; and examine whether or not the circuit is damaged and repair or replace it if so. 9. Don’t make the display in long-time displaying of full white, red, green or blue colors in case of overlarge current and power line radiation and thus LED damage to affect its service life. Be sure not to dismantle or stitch the display at random. 10. The relevant equipment such as LED main control computer shall be placed in a room with air conditioner and slight dusts to make sure the ventilation and radiation and stable working of computer. 11. The internal circuits of LED are forbidden to be touched by non-professionals in case of electric shock or damage of circuit. Ask the professionals to examine and repair in case of problems. [III] Storage of LED (I) Preservation of the non-installed display, standby modules and other accessories 1. Perfect moistureproof work at the storage places: appropriate environmental temperature of -40℃ ~+85℃and relative humidity lower than 90%. 2. Prevent insects and mice from biting the display and cables during storage. 3. Prevent rainwater and other corrosive liquids from entering into or contacting the display and modules during storage. 4. Perfect the cleaning work during storage to avoid sundries or dusts piling up in the display. (II) Usage and storage of LED under special environment. 1. The display shall be avoided to be installed at dropsical places. The power of display and computer shall be cut off in time in case of extreme severe convection weathers such as typhoon, storm, hail and thunder. 2. The out-door display shall be installed with lightning arrester, and the cabinet and external steel frame shall be well grounded in case of display burnout, even human injury or death caused by lightning or display leakage. 3. For the displays which are installed in coastal areas, attention shall be paid to corrosion of metal parts of display by air salts, and the installed steel structure shall also take special consideration of the anti- typhoon ability. 4. The displays in some countries and areas may not be able to work normally due to very low temperature in winter, thus it is suggested to use low-temperature or super low-temperature power and anti low-temperature cabinet, and warm air curtain can be added if necessary.
  • 11. Points for attention Our service exclude the faults or damages that are caused by negligence, accidents, natural disasters, operating not complying to the user manual, misuse and handling products not in accordance with instructions, as well as self-modified products or missing parts. (3) How to replace the receiving card? Open the cabinet door, using a screwdriver to remove the four screws that fixed the power supply (A), then take out the power supply from the back. Remove the AC input power line terminals (B). Remove the DC output cable terminals (C). Put a spare power supply to cabinet and connected as former. Warning : Replacing the power supply, receiving card, please in strict accordance with the identity of component for connection, otherwise it will cause damage to parts! Pull out the card from the keysets (E), crystal head (F) that connect the network cable with receiver card and 5V power cable (G).  Remove the 4pcs of screws that fixing receiving card (D),then take out the receiving card.   • 14. (4) How to replace IC? Remove the screws on the module, take out the LED board. (Waterproof module need a razor blade to cut the circle rubber around module, pry the LED board carefully with tweezer ,shell it off from bottom case ). Find out broken IC, clean up the waterproof paint on the IC. With a soldering iron to solder tin on the pin of both side of IC. With a soldering iron to rapid heating cycle on the tin of IC both side pins ,make it in the molten state, then IC can pushed and removed. Put some tin on pad of the broken IC appropriately, clean up the tin slag on the pad. Take out the IC of the same type with product, and clamp the both ends of IC with tweezers so as to make each pin. Correctly stick to IC pad correspondingly (Note that the pin on the sunken round point on the left corner of IC front is the first pin, which must be welded corresponding to the small silk-screen circle of the circuit board IC). Use soldering iron to heat the right pin of IC back and forth, so as to make tin on pad be fused with pin to fix it on pad. Add the left pin of IC with tin, then the right one. Incline the lamp panel to 45°, use soldering iron to heat tin on the IC pins from top to bottom and slightly cast off redundant tin which is stuck to the soldering iron until that no IC pins are connected with each other. A. When the lighting module display to normal, install the module to bottom case, waterproof module required component room temperature curing silicone rubber (black), add rubber on the place scraped rubber and also add a circle rubber around the LED board.
  • 15. (5) How to replace LED lamp bead? ① How to measure LED lamp? (Remark: this measurement method is applicable only to the LED lamp of this product type) ②Procedures of lamp replacement  Adjust the digital multimeter to diode test grade, use the red probe to contact any pin on the side of LED lamp while the black probe the three pins on the other side. If the LED lamp is lightened, the end which is contacted by the red probe is the positive pole, while the other is negative pole. If the LED lamp is not lightened, exchange the red and black probes to re- test, if the lamp is still not lightened, that means the lamp is broken  Found the broken LED, use a screwdriver to remove the screws fixing the mask and take out the mask.  Outdoor cabinet module with a waterproof measures, with a blade or tweezers to scrape gently the rubber around the LED lamp when maintain.  Use soldering iron to add tin to the pins on both sides of lamp  Use soldering iron to rapidly perform circulatory heating of tin on the pins on both sides of lamp to make it melt, so that lamp can be removed easily.  Add moderate tin to the removed lamp pad and clear off tin residues.  Take out the LED lamp of the same type with product and measure the positive and negative poles of it according to the aforesaid method.  Clamp the LED lamp with tweezers so as to make each pin correctly stick to IC pad correspondingly.  Use soldering iron to heat tin on pad to melt with the pins on one side of the lamp, then remove the soldering iron.  Add the pins on the other side of LED lamp with tin, then the former one.  Heat to eliminate the redundant tin on pins with soldering iron (similar with the method used for replacing IC), except the three pins on the side of positive poles, the other three pins can’t be connected with each other. A 、 When the lighting module display to normal, install the module to bottom case, waterproof module required component room temperature curing silicone rubber (black), add rubber on the place scraped rubber, cover back the mask after rubber solidification.  It can be observed that there’s a very small unfilled corner among the four front corners of the LED lamp. The three pins opposite to this corner are the positive poles “+” of LED, while the three pins on its side are the negative poles of red, green and blue lamp respectively. The most directive way is to observe the silk-screen “+,R,G,B” or the unfilled corner directions of other LED lamps on LED lamp panel. Cutaway Positive
  • 16. ③Replace DIP LED Steps Found the broken LED, use a screwdriver to remove the screws fixing the mask and take out the mask. Outdoor cabinet module with a waterproof measures, with a blade or tweezers to scrape gently the rubber around the LED lamp when maintain. Breaking down gently the surrounding LEDs, use soldering iron to add tin to the pins on both sides of lamp. (Or use pliers to cut the broken lamp, making it into two parts). Use soldering iron to rapidly perform circulatory heating of tin on the pins on both sides of lamp to make it melt, Meanwhile using tweezers to clamp the Led foot and pull it out Add moderate tin to the removed lamp pad and clear off tin residues. Take out the LED lamp of the same type with product and measure the positive and negative poles of it according to the aforesaid method. From the Led foot about 3mm square metal piece, use pliers to cut off the excess part of the pin. Use tweezers to clamp the lamp insert through the pin hole. (Note the positive and negative pins with others of the same color lamp the positive and negative direction). Use soldering iron to heat tin on pad to melt with the pins on one side of the lamp, then remove the soldering iron. Heat to eliminate the redundant tin on pins with soldering iron (similar with the method used for replacing IC), two pin can not be connected, after welding finished make the dumped lamp homing. A.When the lighting module display to normal, install the module to bottom case, waterproof module required component room temperature curing silicone rubber (black), add rubber on the place scraped rubber, cover back the mask after rubber solidification. Warning:  Non-professional technical personnel don't unauthorized attempts to repair LED module, the module can be returned to our company for repair.  Do not use sharp tools when dismantle the LED board of waterproof module, otherwise it would damage the circuit board.  When replacing IC and LED lamp, the appropriate temperature of soldering iron shall be 350 .℃ Welding shall be done very fast and the welding time shall not be too long, otherwise IC and LED lamp may be damaged for being overheated.  Make sure to take care during operation, in case of being scalded by soldering iron. Cut off the power of and cool it naturally away from combustibles when not using.
  • 17.   • 18. Manufacturing procedures: The other end of cable shall be pressed with a crystal head as per the same line sequence. Use cable tester or connect to LED directly to test. Complete the manufacturing once there’s signal. Put the crystal head into the 8P slot of the cable clamp, tightly clench the clamp to press all the protruding stitches into the crystal head. The bottom plastic button will be pressed over the protection coat of wire. Stop while hearing a sound of slight “click”. Check the inserted cable to make sure the cable sequence is right without crossing and the 8 line ends are tightly fixed to the end of crystal head. Insert the well prepared cables into the 8 slots inside RJ-45 crystal head till the end. Press the cable tightly and use the cable clamp to cut the top of 8 lines neat to preserve about 15mm of the part without protection rubber. Remove the ripped cable protection rubber, and separate and straighten the 8 (4 pairs of) core lines respectively, then tidily arrange them according to the specified sequence. Put the cables into the cable clamp for about 15mm, slightly clench the clamp to rotate slowly and let the blade rip the cable protection rubber.
