Тема уроку: Страви з різних країн
Мета
освітня:
• ознайомити з новим лексичним матеріалом та активізувати його в
мовленні;
• навчати сприймати на слух інформацію під час перегляду
відеозапису;
• вдосконалювати техніку читання на матеріалі тексту ‘English Meals’;
• організувати монологічне мовлення учнів на матеріалі
прослуханого/прочитаного;
розвиваюча:
• розвивати пам'ять, здатність до здогадки, увагу;
• стимулювати пізнавально-комунікативну мотивацію;
• розвивати культуру усного мовлення;
виховна:
• виховувати культуру спілкування;
• підтримувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.
Обладнання:
картки із зображенням страв з різних країн, картки з текстом «English
meals», ноутбук, запис відеофільму ‘Food in Britain”, запис пісні-розминки
‘I Can Eat a Lot’.

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення
1. Привітання.

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.
Т: Today we are going to speak about traditional English food and food of other
countries. We’ll get to learn what English people and people from other
countries usually eat in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.
3. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

ІІ. Основна частина уроку
1. Аудіювання.
Учні дивляться невеликий фільм ‘Food in Britain’.

а) Перед початком перегляду учитель повідомляє, що після перегляду
учні мають заповнити таблицю на дошці, щоб сфокусувати увагу учнів
саме на цій інформації.

5. 2. Читання.
Учні читають і доповнюють текст
а) Етап підготовки до читання.
На початку учитель впевнюється, що всі учні розуміють лексику в рамочці.
Учні читають і перекладають лексику. Якщо в учнів виникають труднощі,
учитель пояснює слово англійською мовою або демонструє образ слова.

English Meals
English people usually have four (1) meals during the day:
breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner or supper.
At about 8 o’clock in the morning people have (2) breakfast. They eat porridge
or cornflakes with (3) milk or sugar, fried or boiled (4) eggs with bacon, bread
and butter or toast with (5) marmalade or jam and a (6) cup of tea.
At 11 o’clock the English have (7) lunch . They like to eat fish and (8) chips,
potatoes, beans, carrots, cabbage or peas. People usually drink tea, coffee, juice
or (9) lemonade . Schoolchildren have their lunch in the school canteen. Some
children bring their (10) packed lunch with sandwiches and fruit.
At about 5 o’clock the English have (11) tea with milk, a cake or a (12) roll with
jam.
The English have the evening meal, (13) dinner or supper, at 7 o’clock. People
usually have a (14) plate of soup, meat or (15) chicken with vegetables, cheese,
tinned fruit, ice cream or an apple pie.
б) Етап читання.

6. Учитель ділить текст вправи на (дві) три частини і об’єднує учнів в (дві)три
групи. Кожна група працює над певним уривком тексту. Через декілька
хвилин учні читають доповнений текст вголос.
в) Етап перевірки розуміння прочитаного тексту.

4. Розвиток умінь мовлення. Розповіді учнів про страви з різних країн.
Учні презентують свої короткі розповіді про страви з різних країн
використовуючи кольорові фотографії.
Now children, it is time to tell us about different food of other countries.
AMERICAN FOOD
Americans like to eat turkey. Pumpkin pie is a traditional sweet dessert. In the
USA there are many kinds of baked beans served. Steaks and hamburgers are
very popular in America. Pancakes hold a special place in American cuisine.
GERMAN FOOD
Germans have a meal at least 5 times a day. Traditional German breakfast
consists of sausages and cheese, eggs, porridge, tea or coffee. Dinner consists of
soup and the main dish ( of course meat or sausages, potatoes, vegetables ) and
then dessert. For dessert Germans prefer different PRETSELS. Germans like
meat and sausages. There are 1500 different types of sausages in Germany.
FRENCH FOOD
Many people consider that French food is the best in the world. For breakfast the
French prefer coffee, tea or hot chocolate and croissants. Sometimes yoghurt and
toast with cheese. For dinner they have soup, meat or fish and vegetables. Supper
is usually light and consists of salads, cheeses and cakes. Famous French dishes
are: - onion soup

ITALIAN FOOD
Italian food is very popular in the world. Italian food is one of the best in Europe.
Vegetables rule in Italian kitchen but the king is a tomato. They use greenery and
cheese too. The favourite drink in Italia is coffee. The popular Italian food is:
pizza, lasagna, pasta, risotto, calzone;
SPANISH FOOD
Spanish cuisine is very rich. TAPAS are variety of cold and warm snacks in
Spain. The most famous Spanish soup is GAZPACHO. It is made of tomatoes.
The SPANISH OMELETTE or TORTILLA is one of the most famous recipes in
Spain. PAELLA is a typical Spanish dish. It is very popular and is made of sea
food and rice.
5. Закріплення та повторення матеріалу.
На дошці розвішуються картки зі стравами з різних країн. Діти
повторюють назви цих страв за вчителем, а потім намагаються сказати з
якої країни походить страва.

countries these dishes come from.

1. Домашнє завдання.
Впр.1,2 стор.106 (письмово), повторити лексику теми.
2. Підведення підсумків уроку. Рефлексія.
