2. Tsavolakis Wines
Our wines, made with art and care by the oenologist Ioannis Tsavolakis, come from
strictly selected grapes, products of organic viticulture. All of them posses the
unique characteristics of the land where they were cultivated, the land of
Peloponnese with its mountain relief, but also the land of sunny Messinia which is
bathed by the light blue waters of the Mediterranean.
For your daily table, a good dinner among friends or your special occasions,
Tsavolakis wines will always have their own place, accompanying you in every

Bioselections (Bioepiloges) White
The “white BIOSELECTIONS” of oenologist Yannis Tsavolakis are produced from the
famous grape varieties Chardonnay, Fileri and Roditi, cultivated in the vineyards of
Messinia. This white wine is distinguished for its freshness and the subtle aromas of
exotic fruits. It is an excellent accompaniment of fish and poultry. Alcohol:

Cabernet Regional Wine of Messinia (Nedon)
This deep red, rich and aromatic dry wine originates from the famous variety of
Cabernet. It is named after the homonymous river, crossing the fertile land of
Messinia. The particular character and its rich fruit aromas will carry you

Table White Wine (Isidora)
This fruity and refreshing white wine that is made of the varieties Roditis and
Chardonnay of the Messinian vineyards, will constitute the enjoyment of your daily

Table Red Wine (Nafsika)
It is a red and light dry wine, with ruby color that is given to it by the Agiorgitiko which it
contains. Also, Merlot offers its elegance; Carignan its soft
tasty nuances of vanilla and Cabernet the fine fruit aromas. Alcohol: 12% Available

BIOHellas, is a member of IFOAM and HellasCert.
According to the Organic Certification Directory 2008
(a special edition of the Organic Standard) BIOHELLAS is
among the top ten of Inspection and Certification Bodies
worldwide.
The ‘BIOHellas Institute’ provides certification services
according to: EU Regulation 834/2007
6. Orfanos Wines
The privately owned vineyard is located in Examilia, in a region of local Corinthian
wine. It’s certified by Bioellas and cultivated according to organic farming principles
as well as traditional techniques of bio-dynamics with the use of active
microorganisms. During the harvest season, the grapes are placed in a privately
owned refrigerator truck and then transported to the winery and kept refrigerated
until their vinification.
Orfanos Winery is a small family business that started producing small amounts of
wine in the early 90s. By 2008 we had built our own organic winery, equipped with
the finest modern equipment and certified by Bioellas and in 2011 we expanded into
the installation of photovoltaic systems on the rooftop of the winery (green energy).
The first bottles were placed on the market in late 2005.

Dry White Wine- RODITIS
Yellow-green color, with aromas of white fruit and flowers.
Balanced taste, with vibrant acidity and pleasant aftertaste.
It pairs with seafood and various Mediterranean dishes.
Dry Red Wine - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Impressive ruby red color with brick red reflections. It reveals aromas
that express the variety, such as green pepper, violet and blackcurrant.
Mouthful and long aromatic aftertaste. It pairs with pasta with
tomato sauce, red meat and yellow cheese.

Dry Red Wine - AGIORGITIKO
Deep red color and a rich aromatic bouquet of red fruits and spices.
Velvet tannins and a pleasant aftertaste. It pairs with chicken, red meat
and yellow cheese.

Dry Rosé Wine - MUSCAT
Strong bright rosé color, with pronounced aromas of bergamot orange
and rose, balanced taste, vibrant acidity and pleasant aftertaste.
It pairs with fruit salad, soft cheese, fish and poultry.

Dry White Wine- CHARDONNAY
Yellow-green color, with aromas of white fruit, peach
and melon. Balanced taste, fresh, with long aftertaste.
It pairs with fish, pasta with white sauce and poultry.
Dry Red Wine - 50% AGIORGITIKO &
50% CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Aged – Produced in 2007)
Red color with brick red reflections and aromas of red fruit such as plum,
which co-exist with notes of spices and vanilla.
It has an exceptional rich body and a long aftertaste.
It pairs with red meat dishes with sauce and yellow cheese.
10. Kelari Dialekto
Biological vineyards Apostolides family, located at the foot of the Macedonian terms
Basin, bordering the river Nestos and Thrace, at an altitude of 350 meters. The first
vineyards were planted in 1980 by Efthimios Apostolidis. Transmitting his love for
wine to his son John Apostolidis, who continued his study of viticulture, so 2000 has
50 hectares of own vineyards, cultivating French varieties such as Syrah, Merlot
and Chardonnay.
The ‘Kelari Dialekto’ was created in 2007 and has modern equipment, pneumatic
presses, stainless steel tanks with refrigerated jacket and automatic bottling line.
11. Kelari Dialekto
Dry red wine from organically grown grapes - Syrah
Impressive purple color with violet hues, red fruit aroma, black pepper,
violet, cedar and vanilla. Its taste feel impressive, well integrated,
balance and long finish. Matured for 12 months in French oak
barrels from Allier forest.
It pairs with meat & spicy sauces, hare stew and fatty cheeses.
Dry red wine from ganically grown grapes - Merlot
Bright red color, aromas of cherry, strawberry, plum, spice and coconut.
Taste balanced between tannins and oiliness. Full wine with pleasant aftertaste.
Matured for 12 months in French and American barrels.
It pairs with meat, game, veal and beef on the grill, pasta with spicy sauces.
