3. Commissioning of CC card
• First of all, confirm that you have required version of LMT(LMT_v12.13.43P02_GUL)

• After that you must apply setting to you laptop LAN IP like following.

• Now open “EOMS” file from LMT as mentioned below.

• EOMS will open a windows like below then select “Image and burn” and press “OK”

Fill the Station Name & Station IP field.

Go to “System” and select “Import”. After that select the MO file in xml format. Press OK.

you can see the following window. It would show you the topology.

• Version must be 4.13.10.38P42. All versions must be in RUN condition. In case
of 3G site, UMTS package must also be available.

• After that, right click on the package files on Local Window and select
“Download”. It will download the files.

26. Key Points for software downloading
• After commissioning, first confirm running the package version.
• Running package version must be 4.13.10.38P42
• If the running version is still old one we need to active the new one
again.
• In case, package files are corrupted or not active successfully, first
Delete the files by right click on it and then download again.
• If you download again without deleting it, it may cause capacity issue.
• In case, you don’t understand above points or you cannot resolve any
issue, contact concerned troubleshooting person on call.

38. Questions…
• In Live BTS, if GSM (2G) is down, UMTS (3G) will effect of not?
• In the worst scenario, if you have to edit the MO file on site, how you
will do it?
One More thing…
After pre-swap, the site engineer must feedback the snapshot of EFMS
to region management (Mr. Adeel and CC to us) as to confirm the pre-
swap is successful or not.
