only a pleasure but also will help us in our career

 What we have learnt five years ago is obsolete
today. We must unlearn that

 We make use of social media like Facebook, WhatsApp,
Google, YouTube etc., to teach our students.
 We use modern gadgets, smart classrooms and outdoor trips
to teach students effectively.
 Give them hands on training and practical knowledge on
many topics.
 Help them have a scientific outlook by providing them
opportunities to do research on topics, present seminars and
do projects.

 We are answerable and accountable to ourselves, our
conscience.
 We follow the laws of success.
 We work more than what we are paid for.

 We work for job satisfaction as much as for soul satisfaction.

colleagues.

 We motivate ourselves on a daily basis to find a purpose and

 We write Blogs & on FB pages on our favourite subjects and
topics.
 We read and write books on our subjects. After all knowledge
is meant for sharing.
 We keep researching in our profession, including exploring
the possibility of attaining a Ph.D.

 We are neither complacent nor content with our
achievements.
 We keep scaling new heights.
 We don’t teach mechanically. We teach from our
heart with a never ending passion.
 We introspect with frequent SWOT analysis.
 Get open as well anonymous feedback from
students.
