the trailer?
The music was instantly effective about the
movie trailer. It instantly sets an adventurous
heart throbbing tone to the trailer which
makes me want to watch the film.

genres conventions?
The language that they have used conforms to
the genres conventions as the script is
comical.
4. 3. How does the trailer challenge the
genres conventions?
The editing at the end of the trailer challenges
the conventions. Usually comedy trailers try to
show clips of the films as oppose to speeding
up.

and how would it appeal to them?
The target audience for this trailer would be
aged 15 onwards as there is mild language
and mild sexual references. I don’t think that
this trailer would appeal to men as the
character base is mainly women. This film
would be a ‘chick flick comedy’ the secret is in
the title ‘chick flick’ women would only be
drawn to this movie.
