How? → Interviewing users what do they need and participating them for
planning or testing. Also different kind of contests
4. Why
Benefits: The products and services are more suited for users needs which
increases sales. It creates more innovative and unique solutions. It increases the
value to the user.
Disadvantage: It could make the innovation process look too easy, where you add
few ingredients together and it is done. It may create misunderstandings,
annoyance or disappointment to participants if they don’t know what they are
solving, when the project is going to execute sth or if their input is going to be
used.
