• What kind of path did the spacecraft take to reach Mars?
• What was so peculiar about the landing?
• What is the primary science mission of the rovers?
• Where on Mars did they land?
• Why were those locations chosen this way?
• Did the rovers confirm the evidence for the presence of past water on Mars? If
yes, how?
• Did the rovers find evidence for life on Mars - either currently existing or in the
past?
