This document outlines a TV advertisement production task for media studies students. Students will work in groups of up to 4 people to research, plan, shoot and edit a TV advert within 6 lessons to promote a new perfume, body spray or deodorant. The goal is to further develop practical and creative skills for their A2 coursework portfolio where they will produce a series of advertisements. Students must research successful ad styles, define their product and target audience, storyboard their video, shoot footage, edit to a final cut, and evaluate their work.
