They hire for a variety of teams at Netflix. Internships interviews at netflix typically include a take-home

15. Netflix – how to prepare for interviews
Read up on "culture memo", special part of Netflix is our work culture. They encourage us to ask your

• Ask clarifying questions – we ask question before we start, we are here to explain anything, use us as a
resource and ask us to clarifying questions.
• Think out loud – share your thoughts with us, knowing what your thinking will help us be better partner
to you. Make the interview a collaborative experience.
• Open to feedback - if your interviewer gives you any feedback, we recommend you reflect on it. You
don’t need to agree with everything.
• If you're stuck, step back and re-evaluate - if you are working and things are becoming harder than they
should be. Take time to re-evaluate your approach.
• Don’t give up - we want to work with someone with grit, determination and a mindset to
continually improve.
18. Evaluation
I have noticed that different companies interview and overall process of apprenticeships are very different.
They have different requirements and different ways of deciding if you are good for the job role. I have
also noticed that they are very competitive as there is not a lot of media companies are offering
apprenticeships.
As this is the case I am going to apply for apprenticeship's that relate to what I want to do and learn as I
will hopefully have a chance in getting into at least one.
