Castorline Wax Jelly (vegan) is a beautiful,
soft, silky and creamy light tan petroleum
jelly alternative made using naturally derived
materials.
Castorline was created to provide a natural,
non petroleum based alternative to
petrolatum or petroleum jelly.
It spreads smoothly, has a low tack and a
good playtime, giving it the functionality of
petrolatum or petroleum jelly but without the
toxicity or other concerns.
The product is stable, keeps its good
structure during processing and is of a firm
consistency.

4. Castorline Properties
With similar characteristics to petrolatum, Castorline Wax Jelly
is a semi-solid with lipophilic properties and good adhesion,
making it highly suited for use hair cream, hair conditioner, eye
cream, lipstick, wax matrix and so on. Castorline Wax Jelly can
be widely used as the matrix of ointment and in an emulsion.
Preventing moisture loss
By reducing moisture loss, Castorline can help prevent
chapped skin on the hands and lips and soften nail cuticles. It
can be used to provide heat insulation and prevent chilling due
to evaporation of skin moisture during cold weather and during

As with petrolatum, Castorline Wax Jelly can be used freely in
