z/Ware 2.0 expands the capabilities of z/Ware to enable more types of mainframe data and applications to be accessed from different sources over the internet. It allows requests from browsers, programs, web services and more. It provides both server and client functionality to access 3270 applications, CICS, batch jobs, databases and more through HTTP, templates and scripts. Examples show sorting data, using tabs and sending system updates to Twitter to monitor jobs. z/Ware 2.0 makes it easy to enable all mainframe applications on the internet with no programming changes required.
