technician need pay attention to the safety precaution before repairing.
2. It is essential that all the components should be replaced with the same or authorized
components as recommended in this manual to prevent Shock, Fire, or any other Hazards.
3. Please do not modify the original mechanical or electrical design without previous verification
from the manufacturer or authorized agent.
4. Before start repairing or disassembling the machine, please make sure unplug the machine
from any power source and properly grounded.

Part D. Replace OC module
1. Take off rear covers, remove all components like mainboard, power board, camera & mic
housing box, inner cables and IR PCB SET from the original defect unit.
2. Assemble all of components that removed from the defect unit to the new OC module.
3. Hang on the screen and power on, testing.
4. Keep the T-CON board of defect unit as spare parts buffer.

1. Run test software “WDT8652_PTool_2010.exe” to enter into testing interface.

2. Make sure the test connection is good. The FW version is U3.7.08r0106ZU

3. Select “Test fail will continue” and click “START” to begin test. Once it boot, a new
window will pop up and need to input TP SN(input any number, total 14 bit)

4. “PASS” or ”FAIL” will be shown on the screen when testing succeed or fail

Part G. Firmware Upgrade
How to upgrade FW and Config file from factory menu.
Step 1: Prepare a USB drive (make sure 8 character name) and formatted it with FAT32, copy
the .img file (XMA311D2C-V1.img) and .ini file (aml_sdc_burn.ini) to the root of the USB drive.
Step 2: Plug the USB drive to Android USB port. Long press the power button. The upgrading
process starts automatically.
Step 3: After the process finished, it is done.
