The Yurok tribe lived in the redwood forests along the Pacific coast of northern California. They wore clothes made of deer, cow, and wool to keep warm or cool depending on the weather. For transportation, they used canoes on water and horses on land. The Yurok hunted animals like salmon and elk using tools like scythes, knives, bows and arrows. They lived in large multi-family homes made of redwood that had exterior openings for bathrooms.

2. The Yurok tribe had clothes . For
example, the Yurok wore deer/cow skin pants
to warm legs on cold days. Next , on warm
days men wore no shirt leather straps and no
shirt. In addition, kids and women wore wool
coats to keep warm. Ultimately, everyone wore
leather boots to protect their feet.

3. The Yurok used a scythe to kill animals.
Second ,they used knifes to carve wood to
make a fire. Next, girl Indians used baskets
to collect berries and nuts. Last, Yurok used
bows and arrows to shoot salmon.

4. The Yurok tribe had transportation. Yurok tribe had
canoes for traveling across water. They had horses to goon
land. Also, the Yurok would ran ,jog, and sprint.

5. The Yurok tribe ate food .Such as,
salmon ,berries,nuts, and seaweed. The salmon
was ate the most and the other food are the
sides.

7. Yurok`s chiefs and heroes were
Squanto, doctors, and warriors because they
saved people a lot

9.  The Yurok tribe spoke karaoke also know as up the river .
Next, the Yurok spoke weak English. Finally, they made
up a language and nobody else spoke it.

the side of the redwood home there is a
hole for people to use the restroom. Finally,
many families could live in one redwood
house.

hunted for deer, elk, and hare. Next, women
pick apples and fruit. Third, kids would play
and get sticks and nuts. Last, men built
homes and tools.
