YouTube is a video sharing website where users can watch and upload videos. It was created in 2005 by former PayPal employees. As a registered user, one can upload an unlimited number of videos and customize their channel. To become a YouTube Partner, one must meet criteria like regularly uploading popular content and complying with guidelines.
