York University's Knowledge Mobilization unit connects researchers with communities to enable research to inform policy and practice. The unit builds a culture of knowledge mobilization, fosters collaboration, and supports co-production of knowledge. It develops tools for knowledge mobilization, including social media that allows users to create and share content to establish connections and engage in collaborations. Key local partners include several government agencies and non-profits.
