1. Intruduction
Namaste, I am Bablu Marik an
Indian yoga teacher and fitness
trainer consultant. I worked five
years as a guest faculty and
three years as an assistant gym
coach with Department of
Physical Education in Jadavpur
University in Kolkata, India. I
worked with Kerala Yoga and
Ayurveda Centre in Moscow
also. For the last eleven years I
am working as a yoga and
fitness trainer consultant in
various clubs like Tollygunge
Club, Gold’s Gym Kolkata, Cross-fit Gymnasium Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, and
many other institutions. I am working with LSEWS as a deputy
director in conducting gym and fitness courses.
I am following Hatha Yoga style, but I know various style of yoga
like Power Yoga, Asthanga yoga, Therapeutic yoga, etc. I teach yoga to
individuals and groups for beginners, intermediates, and advance
practitioners. I also teach teenagers and kids.
I studed almost all yoga schools in India like Bihar School of Yoga
in Munger and Rakhia, Kaivallya Dhama in Pune, Patanjali Yoga
University, Swami Vibekananda yoga Anusandhana samasthana in
Bangalore, Rhisi Arobindo Ashram in Kolkata, Ghose’s college of
physical Education in Kolkata etc.
I have also completed personal trainer course from Progressive
Fitness Worldwide (USA), so I usually teaches yoga and fitness exercise
according to the need of the individual. I worked with Windows Career
Training Academy where I use to trained people who want to join active
services like Army, Navy, Air force, Para military forces, Police forces
etc.
Yoga is my passion and profession, I love to do hard work smartly.
I think yoga is a life-style. If anyone can follow this scientific lifestyle
properly, then they will be more active in their profession, and they
can live a healthy and disease-free life, that’s why I am in this
profession. As a yoga teacher I want to educate, teach and increase
awareness among all, on “How to live an active, disease-free and
healthy life”.
My motto: Scientific and proper practice, co-operation and healthy
competition makes a man perfect.
3. Program: one and half an hour Yoga for Beginners, intermediate
