Why is Redcentric
approaching me to
sign a new Call-Off?
The YHPSN Framework is due to
terminate for new Call-Offs in May
2022. After this date, partners will not
be able to sign new Call-Offs to procure
services via the YHPSN Framework.

Does signing a
Call-Off commit me
to anything?
No – the Call-Off simply allows you
to place orders under the YHPSN
Framework (taking advantage of all the
benefits this brings) if you want to at
some point in the future. There is no
commitment to purchase anything.

How long can I sign
a Call-Off for?
Anything from 12 months up to
7 years (termed 5+2) – there is
absolutely no commitment, although
we are suggesting, as is the YHPSN
TRT, that partners sign a Call-Off for
the maximum term to provide them
with the maximum flexibility.

What happens if I sign
a Call-Off but don’t
ever order anything?
Nothing, the Call-Off will be available
for you to use until it expires, whether
orders are placed or not.

What services are
available when signing
a Call-Off?
Having a Call-Off in place is a pre-requisite
for placing orders for services available on
the YHPSN Framework. Services available
under the YHPSN Framework include:
• Wide area network (WAN)
• Local area network (LAN)
• Wi-Fi
• Point to point circuits
• Telephony
• Collaboration (including MS-Teams voice integration)

am I still free to

Yes, there is no tie-in to using
Redcentric or the YHPSN
Framework, but it will be available
should you wish to use it.
