This classroom management plan outlines rules for students to respect others, participate in class, and avoid distractions. The teacher's role is to lead students' learning in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Basic rules include treating others with respect, being on time, following instructions, being honest, and participating. Consequences start with warnings and may escalate to involving parents or the principal for repeated offenses. The plan will be further developed with procedures, routines, values, and an action plan.

This is OUR classroom and our mission
is to learn. My role is to lead and help the
student learn. I will provide a positive,
safe, and inclusive learning environment.
The student’s role is to show respect for
all, participate, and do their best.

3. Our Basic Rules

1. The Golden Rule Rules – treat others as you wish
to be treated, RESPECT others; Be Courteous
2. Be on time & in your seat when the bell rings
3. Follow the Teacher’s instructions (the 1st time)
4. Be honest – no copying, no cheating (take
responsibility for your work & hand it in on time)
5. Participate in class discussions & projects
6. Do not cause distractions – it stops learning & is
disrespectful (see #1)

Our rules are in place to promote learning in our
classroom. Those that break a rule will be
handled accordingly:
 1st Offense: General Warning
 2nd Offense: Individual Warning
 3rd Offense: I meet with student outside class time
 4th Offense: Parent and/or Principal Involvement
