Leah Hair supported Elizabeth Babalola's education at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, allowing Elizabeth to focus on her studies without financial burden and graduate with less debt. Alumni support through donations to the Annual Fund continues to help current students excel without financial worries, sustaining the school's spirit of environmental responsibility established by previous generations. One program in Iowa high schools is successfully graduating students and preparing them to enter the workforce. We’re iJAG – Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates – and we’re one of the most cost-effective dropout prevention and school-to-career solutions in Iowa.
The focus of this presentation is to provide insights about the word done on the Education of Roman Community in Kosovo. In addition, in slides are presented current initiatives and further recommendations to expand the knowledge of Roman Community living in Kosovo.

Students In Action is a national youth volunteer leadership, recognition and reward program, designed to pass the tradition of service on to the next generation.
Co-developed by Jefferson Awards for Public Service and Deloitte, it is now in over 250 High Schools.
Each spring, Student Leaders from the participating schools compete in regional competitions. They are asked to report on the implementation of the program, and the impact they've had, both in their schools and within their communities.
