23 Digital has technical experience working on complex online
applications and software integration and has deployed solutions for
Harvey Norman, Toyota Australia, Bic, Verbatim, and the County Court of
Victoria.

The founders of 23 Digital analyzed a need for sophisticated easy to use

Sagar Sethi
Managing Director
Sagar has worked on complex online applications in diverse verticals. Prior to Xap, he was
Operations Manager at 23 Digital in Sydney with responsibility for business development, training,
and sales team development to derive the best solutions for various ERP, CRM and other multi
tier web applications. He generated substantial year-on-year business growth.
Piyush Kotadiya
Executive Director
Piyush has an extensive technical experience
working on web applications of all levels with
companies like Harvey Norman, Toyota Australia &
Arisit. Piyush started Dream Consultancy Services
(Now 23 Digital) in 2007. After 9 yrs of growth the
company now has a turnover of $15 million with
over 200 employees, across the world.
He holds a Masters in Microelectronic Engineering
from RMIT University.
Ruchir Parekh
Founder & Director
Ruchir conceptualized XAP together with Piyush.
They formed Dream Consultancy Services (Now 23
Digital Pty Ltd) in 2007. Ruchir’s focus has been
expansion and evolution of the business into new
market segments. He also started Search Engine
Experts Pty Ltd, a sister company of 23 Digital that
focused on marketing medium size and enterprise
level businesses.
He holds a Masters in Electronic Engineering and a
Post Graduate Diploma in Business management,
both from RMIT University.
Christina Marz
Client Services Executive
Christina has more than 20 yrs of experience in childcare across multiple roles including 2IC &
director at childcare centres in Victoria & WA. She has a very strong understanding of what the
childcare centre staff go through on a day to day basis and how they interact with the parents.
Currently working as the Client Services Executive, she focuses on getting new centres on board
& helping them adapt to Kids Xap.
FOUNDERS
Tom Jamieson
Chief Executive Officer
Tom joined Xap in 2017 after three years as Global CEO of an energy technology company with
offices in Australia, the United States, Asia, and Africa. He has worked globally in Internet of
Things, big data, energy, consulting, and retail sector experience, growing businesses from
start-up to a international exits. He holds a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of
Melbourne and a Masters in Management from Harvard University in the United States.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The management team are supported by a 20 person team across customer
service, tech development, operations, and sales and marketing.
