• AIESEC is established to promote cultural tolerance among
  the young people and since then the International Exchange
  program has been one of our main activates.
• It supports the students to challenge their worldview and
  gain explore world without borders.
• The exchange program also gives you the opportunity to
  meet new and interesting people and increase your
  international network of contacts.
• On the other hand, the eXchange experience is one of the
  most intensive ones and play big part in your self discovery.
• It helps you find your area of interests, professionally and
  personally, realize strengths and weaknesses and deal with
  various situations, which will be of hand later during your life.
• Your leadership experience coupled with internship will be
  the logical choice.
• I t wi l l suppor t your competency development to high
  level, as you will have different learning and more
  challenging learning environment.
• H a v i n g experience abroad
  nowadays, volunteer or professional,
  is valued by the employers and will
  be competitive advantage for
  boosting your career.
What should be your next steps?

• In order to go on exchange during the
  summer, you need enter your EP form
  February - March. You also need to be aware
  for the TN/EP ratio and the requirements for
  working experience in the different pools so
  you have the right expectations.

Why should we live complete AIESEC XP? • AIESEC is established to promote cultural tolerance among the young people and since then the International Exchange program has been one of our main activates. • It supports the students to challenge their worldview and gain explore world without borders. • The exchange program also gives you the opportunity to meet new and interesting people and increase your international network of contacts.

  • 11. What should be your next steps? • In order to go on exchange during the summer, you need enter your EP form February - March. You also need to be aware for the TN/EP ratio and the requirements for working experience in the different pools so you have the right expectations.
