in the core of Miami. It’s an area that thrives on color, life and
character. And with more street art than anywhere in America,
Wynwood is defined by its unique look and feel. It gives people
a visual sense of place and it’s where they want to live, shop,
visit, eat, drink and be.
• For the past ten years, property owners and businesses have
transformed Wynwood into a viable pedestrian walking district.
It has converged art, fashion and technology to create a hub
that is recognized on a global scale.

• Wynwood needs a unifying brand identity that
respects and leverages its many facets.
• More than 25,000 people from around the world visit
Wynwood each month.

• Wynwood BID Marketing Committee responsible for
managing project – reports to Board of Directors.
• Finalist(s) identified on or before March 14th.
• The ideal partner will be a highly energetic, creative
self-starter with a proven track record of creating
and sustaining innovative brands. Prior experience
launching products, public/private partnerships,
community development, urban revitalization and/or
prior experience with municipal government ideal.
