WWCMA WorkWell Massachusetts 2015 Award Winners. The inaugural award program for the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts. About the WWCMA Award Program
 The WorkWell Massachusetts award program
recognizes best practices in worksite wellness
programing among employers in the Commonwealth.
 The program recognizes Massachusetts’ employers
of all industries and sizes that are committed to
creating a healthier worksite.

Award Criteria
 The HERO Employee Health Management (EHM)
Best Practices Scorecard in Collaboration with
Mercer– a tool designed to help organizations learn
about best practices, discover opportunities to
improve their programs, and measure progress over
time.
 Applicants are required to provide details on their
strategic planning and organizational support,
program design and implementation, participant
engagement, and measurements and evaluation.

Award Levels
 Employers are eligible to earn a Gold, Silver, or
Bronze award.
 WWCMA appointed a Peer Review committee of
independent industry professionals to review the
applications and designate the award winners
 Applications were accepted April 1 through
May 15, 2015
 Winners were notified in August and announced
during the WWCMA Annual Conference in
September
