The WorkWell Massachusetts Awards Program recognizes Massachusetts employers for their exemplary work in worksite health promotion. The program showcases employers of all sizes – large and small – on their employee wellness program’s performance. The evaluation process uses the HERO Health and Well-Being Best Practices Scorecard in Collaboration with Mercer© and a set of supplemental questions to assess an organization’s overall wellness programming. Submissions are assessed through an online tool and evaluated by a team of industry professionals.
