Mission/Vision Statement Welcome to M&T Bank Affinity Group – WNY Chapter Our purpose is to provide information and resources to all M&T Bank employees allowing them to fully engage and network within their community, their department and with the entire M&T organization for personal, business and social reasons.

38. Establish “Welcome Wagon Captains” for each area to provide a personal connection for each relocated employee and ensure no one is allowed to “fall through the cracks” un-welcomed.
39. Welcome 100% of Relocated Employees, and address all of their questions and Group-related needs to their satisfaction.
40. Review the Intranet website monthly to ensure all information is current and all links are still operating properly.
46. Create and maintain a site on the Intranet, pooling all resources and links provided by the network, as well as providing a message board to allow for instant updates and communication by Group members.
47. Solicit feedback from relocated members in the form of a survey every 3 months to ensure we’re meeting their needs and adjusting our efforts accordingly.
51. Begin soliciting interest in forming additional chapters for each Region of the M&T footprint, using this Chapter’s materials as a template to ensure uniformity across the bank.
